OVERVIEW
Many individuals face the detrimental effects of prolonged sitting. Prolonged sitting has been linked to various health issues such as obesity, cardiovascular diseases, musculoskeletal disorders, and decreased productivity. Despite the awareness of these risks, people often struggle to maintain a healthy balance between sitting and standing throughout their workdays.
Let's Stand app is designed to address the issue of excessive sitting by encouraging and assisting users in adopting healthier habits during their daily routines. The app aims to help users improve their health by tracking the time they spend standing. It reminds users to take breaks from sitting and encourages them to stand up regularly throughout the day.

START THE DESIGN
For this project, I decided to design both the onboarding flow and the four primary screens of the app, which encompass the Session, Report, Rewards, and Settings screens.
To begin, users will be guided through adding their daily schedule. This includes important details like working hours, break times, and the duration of work sessions. By providing this information, the app can calculate a personalized daily goal for the number of stand hours users should aim for.
This ensures that users' standing goals are aligned with their routine, making it easier for them to integrate healthy habits into their day.

For the session screens, I wanted to design a very clean and simple interface to help users navigate their session easily. Intuitive standing hours, animated figure, and simple button set make the app more efficient and lively.
Regarding the session screens, my aim was to create a streamlined and minimalist interface that enhances user experience during their sessions. The design features intuitive stand hours goal, a dynamic animated figure, and straightforward button options to injects a sense of vibrancy and effectiveness into the app's functionality.
The Report, Rewards, and Settings screens also facilitate users in monitoring their activity progress and receiving incentives upon achieving their daily goals.
